Beirut, November 2018: Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) announced their “Huawei Care” service that is offered with every Mate 20 series pack. This service is part of the company’s commitment to answering customer’s needs in every market.
The “Huawei Care” offers a series of premium services that include a replacement warranty for any manufacturer defect during the first six months following the purchase. As well as screen damage warranty for the first six months. Additionally, customers can benefit from a one-hour repair service and a VIP dedicated Care line for Mate 20 series where customers are directed to a special line. Finally, in case the device repair will require more than one hour time, customers are offered with a loan until their device repair is finished.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro offers consumers a fusion of top flagship performance, AI camera with greater videography experience, longer battery life, wireless charging, improved security measures, amongst many more features, all packaged in a refined and ultramodern design. The smartphone is available in a brand-new Emerald Green color, featuring a translucent shade of green, as well as in hues of Twilight and Black.
The smartphone is powered by Huawei’s densest and highest performing system on chip (SoC) to date, the Kirin 980. The Kirin 980 is the first commercial SoC manufactured with 7nm process and features top-class intelligence, performance, efficiency and communications features, delivering the richest user experience. Besides superb performance, the HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro also features groundbreaking improvement on battery life. It supports 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge, which gives the device 70 percent charge in 30 minutes. The safety of the technology is certified by TÜV Rheinland.
Moreover, HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro supports 15W HUAWEI Wireless Quick Charge, the industry’s fastest wireless charging solution, and Wireless Reverse Charge, which enables the device to work as a power bank for selected electronic devices supporting wireless charging.
Equipped with a Leica Triple Camera, the HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro features a 40MP main camera, a 20MP ultra wide-angle camera and an 8MP telephoto camera. Together, the trio of lenses supports a wide range of focal lengths enabling it to mimic the results from professional cameras.
