Beirut, May 23, 2017: CGI (Conseil et Gestion Immobilière SAL) organized a 5-star event on the 23rd of May, in a night of music and vibrant lights, to celebrate the completion of Abdel Wahab 618, the iconic residential project in the heart of Achrafieh.
The event was held in the project’s gardens in presence of clients, shareholders, investors and media representatives who were invited to discover the new landmark located at the center of Beirut’s Golden Triangle. The property features 3,000 Sqm of greenery and landscaped areas that surround two towers and three low-rise buildings beautifully lit on that night. Designed by the British architect Kevin Dash, the project relies on a structural concept having peripheral structural walls and clear slabs allowing flexible modifications in the apartment, unobstructed view and maximizing the floor to ceiling height.
A spectacular 3D mapping depicting the construction progress of ABW 618, was projected on one of the towers along with musicians playing various instruments from the balconies of the project’s buildings.
Hundreds of invitees had also the opportunity to visit the mock-up apartment located on the 32nd floor, that spans over 520 Sqm with a large reception area. The visitors enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic views that extend far beyond Beirut, the Mediterranean Sea from one side and the mountains from the other. From Downtown all the way to Beirut International airport, from the coast of Metn to Tabarja, each room in the apartment offers an unprecedented view.
Abdel Wahab 618 is among CGI’s finest projects. Conseil et Gestion Immobilière SAL, the developer and promoter of Saradar Group, has helped shape the city’s urban landscape with major Real Estate projects rich in luxury and elegance including the completed Hugo 43, Ashrafieh 784 and the projects in progress Place Pasteur, Urban Dreams and CEDRAR.
