The future events that we are introducing this summer season are as follows:
- Barbecue night by the Sun Pool with live entertainment every Friday
- DJ by the Sun Pool every Sunday
- Two big events for famous singers in July and August
- Sunday Brunch at Pool Café
- Wedding receptions
Since you’ve become General Manager of Grand Hills, have you been able to achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself?
It has been a very long road and I had a lot of hard work to do this past year but thankfully I was able to start achieving the goals I had already planned for the Hotel. My mission is to put hospitality services on the highest levels in order to satisfy the demands and expectations of guests. Our aim is to make the hotel a place for encounters, business success, pleasant meetings and gala ceremonies.
My vision is to continue to apply and set the highest standards of service quality and in that way justify and uphold the reputation that we have among the guests, partners, competitors and the wider community

What is in your opinion the main key for success in the hospitality sector?
The main key for success is divided into two interconnected parts: one which is the value of the service and its variety and the other which is employee engagement and how to always make sure to guarantee customer satisfaction
What are the services you’ve developed at Grand Hills to satisfy your clientele and give them the experience they seek during their holidays?
The services we have developed are many and they suite all tastes; first of all we have made several renovations to the hotel and its systems, we have trained our staff and employees to give their best at all times and ensure customer satisfaction, we also offer our customers a wide variety of facilities such as gym, pool indoor and outdoor, spa, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi all that are up to high standards.
