February 2022, Dubai – UAE: Distinctive and unique, the new leather collection by Nada Debs is her very first experiment in leather marquetry.
Inspired by nature, this new collection follows a color palette representing the elements of earth, water, and fire, captured in a selected range of accessories featuring a vide poche, coasters, and leather carafe holders. “For those who like to step into the unknown, this new collection represents views of the horizon looking beyond mountain escapes, sunsets and sunrise, and the ocean in its vast glory,” recalls Nada Debs as she describes the emotions that inspired the design.
Featuring an overlap of geometric patterns embossed on the leather, along with organic curves which are hand-carved and crafted into shape, the collection comes alive with a unique leather marquetry technique, perfected by Nada Debs. Skilled artisans worked on each piece to follow signature craft elements such as the curving of the wood executed in an Armenian leather atelier to achieve an end result which represents a fusion of Japanese design and Middle Eastern processing.

Following the unique brand heritage of incorporating craft with natural materials, this new collection offers connoisseurs a lifestyle facet that intensifies the sensorial affair of enjoying a premium cigar. “The intention was to bring back a sense of community in a socially distanced world and to create something meaningful and versatile, that is safe and stylish,” says Nada.
The new collection features natural materials like marble and wood, and is available in three primary shapes – rectangle, square and circle. The geometric play of design, the tin-inlay and mother-of-pearl detailing, along with the overall design and color aesthetic caters to the evolving palette of new generations, while still holding on to old-world crafts.
