Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort launches Rojo; A One of a Kind Culinary Entertainment Experience

Beirut, 19 September 2019: Kempinski Summerland Hotel and Resort has just launched a brand new culinary entertainment experience; ROJO restaurant. Media representatives, bloggers, influencers, and celebrities attended the opening which was held on the 17th of September 2019.

Using some of the finest products in the market and focusing on innovating cooking techniques, ROJO is the latest addition to the hotel which opened its doors in 2016 and marked its standing as one of the most iconic five-star luxury hotels in Beirut.

Rojo’s uniqueness is manifested through its open kitchen concept and Josper oven, along with the dry aged meat vitrine and fresh Canadian lobster aquarium displayed in the restaurant. Its distinctive live food bar serving traditional Mediterranean dishes is a great addition to create a once in a lifetime overall experience.

Having a diploma of Honor from the French Gastronomic Institute, Kempinski’s executive Chef Georges Mansour brought all his experienced knowledge to Rojo. From creating the concept, to putting all the menus together and to supervising every step to insure ROJO’s top standing in the culinary world, Chef Georges is the man behind this masterpiece.
