Abu Dhabi, UAE – 23 September 2026 – Louvre Abu Dhabi and Ensemble Agamemnon present Music in Scents, an enchanting concert of Baroque and Renaissance music in collaboration with Institut Français in the UAE and Bait Al Oud, where accompanying fragrances will be diffused throughout the performance, creating a unique multisensory journey where sound and scent intertwine.
Echoing the Baroque and Renaissance narratives woven through Louvre Abu Dhabi, the programme pairs Italian Baroque compositions with exquisite oriental fragrances. The fragrances, which were created by Alexandre Helwani and brought to life by Magique, include notes of frankincense, myrrh, Damascus rose, and delicate florals, transforming the concert into a fully immersive, scent-infused experience.
Ahead of the evening performance, visitors can enjoy free daytime activations from 4 – 5pm, inside the galleries of the museum, featuring solo pop-up appearances by Ensemble Agamemnon across the museum.
