Beirut – January 29, 2015 Al Mawarid Real Estate, the real estate arm of Al Mawarid Bank, introduced today it’s latest real estate project in Achrafieh designed by Youssef Tohme Architects and Associates.
The event took place on site at the intersection of Achrafiehstreet and Furn el Hayek street, an iconic plot facing ABC department store.
The project was unveiled using a 3D mapping show depicting all major elements of the structure mixed with state of the art special effects that end with the viewing of the real building.
A599 is a residential building of 10 stories with retail on the ground floor along the two intersecting streets.
The modern architecture of the building with its structural facade and central core allow a great deal of flexibility for ways in which the building can be lived in. A mix of apartment types and sizes ranging from 160 sqm to 420 sqm are available catering to the needs of different households.
Gardens and terraces run along two of its main facades and at their intersection the building takes on the appearance of a single element. The architects compare this effect to the approach to a temple.
