Richard Neil Irwin, MEA Regional Brand Ambassador for Bacardi Limited Portfolio headed the exclusive dinners held across a series of three nights at Platform 39. The sensory tasting experience allowed attendees to fly beyond their personal taste through an exquisite cocktail dining journey that combined a four course menu by Rouba Khalil with Grey Goose cocktails.
As the evening unfolded, guests were guided through the four key elements that define taste in cocktails: Strength, the 5 tastes, Aroma and Touch. Throughout the different servings of the evening guests explored the sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami flavors; to ultimately identify and expand their personal palate.
