Abu Dhabi, UAE, Aug. 10, 2026– Al Jazira Sports and Cultural Club announced the signing of a three-year strategic partnership agreement with the sportswear brand New Balance.
Under the agreement, New Balance will design and supply the club’s official match, training, and travel kits. The agreement was signed by Tariq Mohammed Al Muhairi, CEO of Al Jazira Club Group, and Stuart Henwood, Senior Director and General Manager, New Balance MEAI.
Commenting on the agreement, Tariq Mohammed Al Muhairi stated: “We believe that this partnership with New Balance will mark the beginning of a new phase of strategic collaboration and the nurturing of footballing and sporting talent at all levels, including the first football team, the football academy, and the Other Sports teams. This partnership will ensure that the needs of all teams are met in all local, regional, and international competitions, with the latest sportswear and footwear. Our partnership will support the first football team, the academy, and the team sports teams at Al Jazira Club.”
He added that the New Balance brand was chosen due to its extensive experience in the sports field and its specialization in providing an innovative sports footwear, apparel, and accessories according to the highest quality and craftsmanship standards. Furthermore, the company utilizes cutting-edge technology and invests in modern techniques to enhance the quality of its sports manufacturing.
