Zuma, the globally celebrated contemporary Japanese restaurant brand with more than 25 locations worldwide, is set to arrive in Montenegro this summer with an exclusive seasonal pop-up overlooking the Adriatic Coast.
Launching on 15th June and running through September, Zuma will take over a spectacular waterfront space opposite the luxurious Aman Sveti Stefan hotel, offering uninterrupted views of the island. The opening coincides with the long-awaited return of Aman Sveti Stefan, one of the Adriatic’s most renowned and distinctive destinations, reopening for the first time in five years following its closure during COVID.
Bringing its signature blend of contemporary Japanese cuisine, vibrant atmosphere and modern izakaya-style dining, Zuma’s Montenegro pop-up promises to deliver one of the summer’s most exciting culinary experiences in the region.
Guests can enjoy Zuma’s full à la carte offering, including signature dishes such as spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy, alongside freshly prepared nigiri and sashimi.
