Beirut, Lebanon – August 28, 2019. With the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note10 in Lebanon following from the global unpacking of the new model in New York earlier this month, Samsung Electronics Levant/Lebanon organized an activities-laden training for mobile shop owners.
The Field SalesForce Training (FST) event brought 340 guests from the trade to an edutainment evening at the iconic Saint George Hotel & Yacht Club.
Upon arrival at 7 PM, the mobile dealers, who had come from all over Lebanon, were duly welcomed and invited to experience the Galaxy Note10 series first-hand.
A couple of speeches by concerned Samsung Lebanon executives followed, first by Mr. Antoine Soufan, Mobile Division (IM) Part Leader, then by Mr. Jean-Pierre Keyrouz, IM Retail Manager, who announced Samsung’s Star+, the loyalty program launched for the dealers to collect points and receive monetary compensation.
Next, the training was kicked off, with the members of the trade coming to discover and enjoy the most powerful specifications and highly innovative features of the Samsung Galaxy Note10 smartphone. Throughout, they came to appreciate the extent the Galaxy Note10, which now comes in two sizes for user’s convenience, is designed to ‘Bring Passions to Life with Next-Level Power’ from being equipped with productivity and creativity tools, and with enhanced S Pen and pro-grade camera.
The FST empowered the dealers to feel geared up to pitch the device to customers, not just in terms of sales talk but in persuasive sales demonstration as well. The all-powerful new and enhanced salient points of the Note10 which were gone over included: Edge-to-edge Design, Best Quality Display, Handwriting to Text, Evolution of the S Pen, Samsung DeX for PC, Link to Windows, Premium Video Technology, Quick and Easy Video Editing, Screen Recorder, AR Doodle and 3D Scanner, Night Mode, Super Fast Charging, Wireless PowerShare, Gaming, and Hyper-fast Speeds.
Moreover, the dealers came to realize how the Galaxy Note10 sits at the heart of the Galaxy ecosystem, a suite of premium products and services that offer experiences to help make users’ lives more streamlined and connected, featuring wearables like the Galaxy Watch Active 2 and tablets like the Galaxy Tab S6 that keep users connected and help them accomplish more on-the-go.
