Dubai, 20 October 2020: SHIFT.FF from Algeria came out on top to be crowned winners in the fourth season of the Free Fire Arab Series tournament that was watched by more than six hundred thousand viewers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The team, consisting of Team Captain Benameur Yahia, and members Saadi Zineddine, Iheb Sadik, and Abdelhadi Medjaher were at the top of their game to overcome stern competition and win the trophy as well as grabbing a slice of the USD $20,000 prize money.
VIP from Iraq finished runners-up while DZ_INFINITY whose team members hail from Algeria finished third in the competition.
Among the other teams who were participating in the Grand Final stage were: INF Team, Alliance, WINNERSKA, INFINITY VX, Team MELEK, xBoss, DEA, Star Galaxy, and Golden Squad.
SHIFT.FF’’s victory concludes the Free Fire Arab Series event with more than 25,000 teams from all over the Middle East and North Africa battling for glory.
To help attract new audiences and increase fan engagement, fans were able to follow the action live on Garena’s YouTube channel.
Following their victory, Benameur Yahia, the winning captain expressed how delighted SHIFT.FF is to be crowned champions in the latest Free Fire Arab Series tournament.
