Who is Daniella Rahme?
After completing a presenter’s course at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney, Daniella studied media at the Macquarie University before moving to Lebanon to pursue her studies in Radio and TV.
She started her career in Australia as a model for a wide number of renowned brands and world-fashion houses before being crowned Miss Lebanon Australia in 2009 and Miss Lebanon Immigrant in 2010. Thanks to her captivating personality, she quickly raised media attention and became one of the favorite TV hosts on MTV Lebanon. In 2014, she was selected among the key celebrities to participate in “Dancing With the Stars” show in the Middle East. Her enthusiastic nature and her charisma earned her a huge support from the audience and was crowned winner.
Daniella’s talent is international: from Cannes Film Festival, interviewing Fawaz Gruosi, and covering the de Grisogono party, one of the festival’s biggest highlights, to GCC hosting the show “X factor” on MBC, then moving on to host the popular Arabic talent show “Arab Casting” on Abu Dhabi TV.
Her career kept growing at a fast pace; with dreams and aspirations that never stopped rising, Daniella’s endeavor in the film industry does not end with an international festival; her passion for acting was always present and after working on few short and feature films, she is now shooting her first TV series.
Beyond her successful career, Daniella uses her fame and celebrity to bring awareness to issues close to her heart. With her genuine love for kids, she dedicated a lot of her time to a slew of causes and charities both in Lebanon and abroad, raising funds and awareness for Himaya, the Children’s Cancer Center, the Hôtel Dieu hospital, and the Starlight foundation in Australia. She is also a Heartbeat ambassador and wishes to establish her own charitable foundation one day.
Fans can expect to see Daniella featured in the new L’Oréal Paris Elvive Total Repair 5 starting October 2017.
