Beirut: Bassoul-Heneine sal, the official BMW Group importer in Lebanon, has announced the arrival of the 6th generation BMW 7 Series, the latest edition of the sophisticated sedan that has arrived with a number of new technologies and design features.
Commenting on the arrival of the all-new BMW 7 Series, Mr Nagy Heneine, General Manager of Bassoul-Heneine sal, said: “The new BMW 7 Series exhibits car advancement at its very best. It not only embodies extravagant features, but also offers our
clients the qualities and elements they wish in a car. The all-new BMW 7 Series is an automobile that conveys new classification to ‘’sheer driving pleasure’ and sets an altogether new standard as far as mechanical advancement and car extravagance may go. We trust that with the entry of the all-new BMW 7 Series, our pattern of success will only progress.”
A host of new BMW ConnectedDrive driver assistance features include the intuitive Touch Command: a 7-inch tablet positioned in the rear of the vehicle, offering passengers a completely new experience in controlling multiple in-car functions. Through Touch Command, rear passengers are able to control in-car infotainment and comfort features, such as the new BMW 7 Series Vitality Programme, which offers luxurious in-seat massage options. A unique Gesture Control function, which offers those inside the vehicle with the option to increase the volume of the radio only by gesturing at the screen, is also one of the new technology features.
Driver and passengers alike can also look forward to the BMW 7 Series’ Sky Lounge, a panorama glass roof welcoming them to enjoy the day or star-filled night sky, as illuminated light patterns provide a luxurious interior light ambience in six colours.
Proving that personalised innovation is as crucial as design and ambience, the vehicle’s advanced chassis technology, which allows the driver to adjust the car’s set-up to their preferred requirements, creates an ideal balance between sports performance and comfort. Similarly, the vehicle’s progressive Driver Assistance Systems, including Lane Control Assistance, ensures drivers do not have to change the customary positioning of their hands on the steering wheel in order to undertake on-road manoeuvres.
