The Beirut Cooking Festival, Salon du Chocolat and Gourmet Week are brought to you by the organizing committee, Hospitality Services.
“Year after year, we are super excited for the potential and for what those three events have come to represent for every person in Lebanon, old and young. At this dire time that our region is witnessing, we are happy to unite people over a shared passion: our common love for food and love for our land. When I am roaming the exhibition halls, I see it on the face of parents, grandparents and their grandchildren, the young… everyone. This joy that fills attendees waiting to discover new foods and participants excited to share their knowledge creates an air of ease over food; something we all love innately. This is the reason that keeps us working steadily and keeps us pushing all efforts every year to excel further. Preparations are under way and this year is going to be nothing short of amazing, but I don’t want people to take my word for it. Join us live and see for yourselves!” commented Joumana Dammous Salame, Managing Director of Hospitality Services.
