After a year-long competition alongside the Group led by Sodexo, architect and interior designer Aline Asmar d’Amman is awarded the interior design project for the iconic Jules Verne restaurant, located on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Michelin star acclaimed chef Frédéric Anton and Culture in Architecture will bring this gastronomic venue into a new era where the culinary and decorative arts embrace the femininity and the irreverence of the legendary ‘iron lady’.
