International Experts
The 2018 edition is organized in partnership with FarmHack.NL, leaders in organizing hackathons in the agri-food sector. Their international experts are assisting Berytech with the organization and will be on site to support and mentor the participants. Their mission is to use the full potential of data and technology, aiming at empowered farmers, smarter farming, and diversified business ideas.
The Agrytech Hackathon 2018 is also partnering with Source Institute– who design education for fast-changing environments and foster innovation by building communities of practice. Their international experts will also be on site to support Berytech’s Business Development Team and advise the participating teams on issues like team alignment, business modelling and interacting with experts.
Fabrication Lab and Prototyping
Participants will also be given exclusive access to the Berytech FabLab to create prototypes of their innovations. Resources include industry-grade technology, facilities with a wide range of machines and equipment, educational workshops, mentorship for prototyping, and digital fabrication.
