Beirut, April 1st, 2014-Under the patronage of His Excellency, Lebanon’s Minister of Tourism, Mr. Michel Pharaon, and in the presence of ministers, prominent figures, union presidents, professional associations, partners and exhibitors, as well as ambassadors and media representatives, HORECA, the premier hospitality trade fair in the region, opened its doors on Tuesday, April 1st, 2014.
Introducing new trends, original products and novel performing material
Twelve thousand trade professional visitors are expected to attend the four-day event, where new trends and the latest products and ideas are waiting to be discovered. With +320 hospitality and food industry suppliers representing more than 2,000 brands from Lebanon, Australia, France, Holland, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Oman, Poland, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, and the USA, HORECA is the largest annual business meeting place in the country.
Five hundred local and international chefs and experts are presiding over and participating at HORECA 2014, with more than 13 daily workshops and more than 10 competitions rewarding excellence innovation and creativity in the industry.
