During the opening of the 25th edition of HORECA, taking place from the 20th till the 23rd of March, 14 master chefs in Lebanon presented Lebanese traditional plates adding their experience and knowledge in the field.
H.E. Minister of Tourism Avedis Guidanian, along with presidents of syndicates, walked through the exhibition emphasizing on the important role the hospitality sector plays in establishing Lebanon as the number one food destination in the world.
Guidanian also praised the great work of the chefs who he believes added a special touch to this year’s exhibition, those chefs include: Pierre Abi Haila, Youssef Akiki, Charles Azar, Joe Barza, Cynthia Bitar, Kamil Bouloot, Maroun Chedid, Georges el Kik, Rabih Fouany, Souheil Ghazal, Hussein Hadid, Samaan Hilal, Chadi Karam and Kamal Mouzawak
