On World Mental Health Day, the Beauty and Wellbeing Forum delivers an important message to the Lebanese people, reminding us of the significance of maintaining vitality and physical and mental health in our lives. For the Lebanese people, this message resonates deeply as we continue to face ongoing challenges, making the need to focus on physical, mental, and emotional health more urgent than ever, especially in light of the current war.
In this context, the Beauty and Wellbeing Forum has launched a major campaign aimed at all those affected by the war, offering them a platform to be heard and receive necessary psychological support through a large team of experts who have dedicated their time and effort to provide assistance during this critical national moment. The Forum has also established a hotline for anyone in need of someone to listen or provide psychological support.
Hanadi Dagher, Founder of the Forum, emphasized: “Our mission is clear—to promote the Forum’s culture in Lebanon and beyond. We are committed to spreading the spirit of ‘wellbeing’ and empowering individuals to take care of their health and adopt practices that enhance both physical and mental wellness.”
Additionally, the Forum announced that the second edition of the Beauty and Wellbeing Forum for 2025 will be held in Beirut next April, as well as in both Kuwait and Qatar—an important milestone that reflects the expansion and spread of this culture and Lebanese creativity throughout the Arab world and beyond.
On this World Mental Health Day, let us commit to prioritizing our wellbeing and work together to build a healthier, stronger society!
