GlobeMed Group, the visionary leader in Healthcare Benefits Management in the MENA region, held its 2019 Executive Seminar at Hilton Habtoor Grand Hotel Lebanon over two days on the 2nd and 3rd of May. The seminar was attended by the General Managers from GlobeMed’s 12 operations along with the executive team members from across the region.
The seminar introduced attendees to the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework as a tool to create alignment and engagement around measurable goals to achieve the main objectives of the organization. These objectives focus mainly on reinforcing GlobeMed as a leading technology and service provider, while moving the company closer to the insured members, whereby individuals are given the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their health.
The seminar highlighted key strategic plans and notable enhancements, with focus on the continuous development of the organization to embrace customers evolving needs and demands, and with emphasis on aligning a common vision of the GlobeMed Operations in the various markets where GlobeMed operates including Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Egypt, Iraq and Nigeria.
