Beirut, Lebanon: 1 July 2020 – Emirates flight EK957 landed earlier today at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport (BEY) – marking the airline’s first flight carrying passengers to Beirut. The airline is set to operate four weekly flights from Beirut to Dubai utilising its Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to carry cargo as well as passengers travelling home or for essential purposes. Customers can also connect safely and efficiently through Dubai to onward Emirates’ destinations, including select cities in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe or the Americas.
Travel restrictions remain in place in most countries, customers are reminded to check entry and exit requirements before their journeys.
Emirates flight EK 958 will depart Beirut at 12:05 pm local time and arrive in Dubai at 16:55 pm local time. The return flight, EK 957 will depart Dubai at 7:30 am and arrive in Beirut at 10:35 am local time.
Flights to and from Beirut will be available for booking on emirates.com or via travel agents.
Lebanese customers can also travel to Dubai following the announcement last week that the city will be open to business and leisure visitors from 07 July, with new air travel protocols that facilitate travel for UAE citizens, residents and tourists while safeguarding the health and safety of visitors and communities.
