ELIE SAAB and Brands Beyond Beauty announce a long-term global licensing agreement. Effective January 1st, 2021, Brand Beyond Beauty will handle the entire strategic and operational creation, distribution, on-line and offline sales and marketing of the ELIE SAAB perfumes and cosmetics. The agreement represents an important milestone in the development of the Brand in the beauty universe and a new chapter in its worldwide development. ELIE SAAB group and Brand Beyond Beauty top management will focus joint resources to bring new perspectives to ELIE SAAB Parfums and achieve stronger positions in brick and mortar and online channels.
The collaboration between the two companies reflects ELIE SAAB desire to achieve a tailor-made approach to the creation of the fragrances and cosmetics collections, to ensure perfect consistency and synergy between Fashion and Beauty and to work hand-in-hand with a team of experienced professionals.
As part of both companies’ commitment to social responsibility, the collaboration will have at its heart a “positive impact” approach to the business, starting with a major and symbolic initiative in 2021: a percentage of the sales of ELIE SAAB Le Parfum, the best-selling fragrance of the brand, will be donated for the reconstruction of Beirut. More details about this initiative will be communicated in the coming weeks, as the joint program for the beauty category will be unveiled.
Indeed, 2021 will be an important year in the partnership between the two companies as Le Parfum, the House’s iconic fragrance, will celebrate in May 2021, its 10th anniversary of creation. This important milestone will be marked in the best way possible with a new campaign to celebrate the signature fragrance and the introduction of a new version of the scent later in the year.
This collaboration represents an important move where shared vision and conviction are at the heart of the commitment to strongly position ELIE SAAB perfumes and cosmetics at the forefront of the new challenges that the Beauty industry will face in the following months.
