Dubai, UAE – 25 November 2025: The British Council, the UK’s leading organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities, is excited to announce a landmark collaboration with International Schools Partnership (ISP) and their Smart Vision School, a prestigious British curriculum school, located in Al Barsha, Dubai.
Commencing in October 2025, this collaboration will bring the British Council’s internationally acclaimed English language programmes to Smart Vision School, offering the wider community the chance to build strong communication skills in an inspiring school environment.
The initiative reflects ISP’s commitment to empowering learners at all stages by providing an inclusive and accessible experience. By hosting English as a Second Language (ESL) programmes at Smart Vision School, more people can gain access to the communication skills required to thrive in a globally connected world. This partnership supports the UAE’s vision of developing a knowledge-driven economy by equipping learners with the confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills they need to excel in an interconnected world.

A New Hub for Learning Excellence in Al Barsha
Programmes will be delivered fully onsite at Smart Vision School and will include:

- A practical focus on real-world communication skills.
- Free consultations to guide people in selecting the right course.
