The Group invites young professionals to explore pathways of growth and leadership across future-focused industries.
Abu-Dhabi, November 18, 2025: Al Masaood Group, one of Abu Dhabi’s leading business conglomerates, is set to participate once again at Tawdheef x Zaheb 2025, the UAE’s leading Emiratisation and career development event. Taking place from 18th to 20th November 2025 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), the exhibition serves as a strategic platform for connecting Emirati talent with leading employers across both government and private sectors.
Through its participation, Al Masaood maintains its commitment to nurturing local talent, empowering Emiratis with meaningful career opportunities, and supporting the UAE’s vision of developing a diversified, knowledge-based economy led by a highly skilled national workforce. As part of its participation this year, the Group will be recruiting candidates for the upcoming intake of its Mechatronics Apprenticeship Programme. Part of its Industrial Division, the programme focuses on developing the next generation of Emirati engineers through hands-on, technical training in mechanical and electronic disciplines.
Bothaina Al Ali, Group Human Resources Manager at Al Masaood Group, said: “At Al Masaood, we believe national development starts with individual empowerment. Each conversation we have at Tawdheef represents a potential story of growth — a young Emirati discovering their calling, or an engineer finding the right platform to innovate. Through initiatives like our Mechatronics Apprenticeship Programme, we’re giving Emiratis the chance to build, lead, and leave their mark on industries that are shaping the UAE’s future.”
Building on the success of previous editions, Tawdheef x Zaheb 2025 will allow attendees to explore diverse employment pathways and engage directly with leading employers, industry experts, and decision-makers to gain first-hand insights into the evolving job market. The event offers a unique opportunity for Emirati talent to explore career pathways, enhance their professional readiness, and understand what it takes to stand out in a competitive employment landscape.
Al Masaood’s active participation aligns with the UAE Government’s ongoing Emiratisation initiatives like Nafis and Tawteen, which aim to expand Emirati participation in the private sector. The Group’s continued investment in vocational training, skills development, and mentorship initiatives reinforces its long-standing role as a trusted national employer contributing to sustainable economic growth.
