Where nostalgia meets modern craftsmanship — a mountain retreat offering authentic hospitality, curated design, and the art of slow living in the heart of Lebanon
Nestled in the heart of Bhersaf, Villa Saf officially opens its doors, inviting guests to step into a world where Lebanese heritage meets contemporary charm. Set within a beautifully preserved home from the French Mandate era, this 14-room boutique guesthouse reimagines nostalgia through design, culture, and emotion — offering more than a stay, but an experience rich with warmth and connection.
Blending mid-century elegance with the timeless spirit of Lebanese architecture, Villa Saf is a space where every detail tells a story. From handpicked art and furniture to evocative scents and soft melodies, each corner is designed to awaken a sense of belonging — to self, to place, and to memory.
“Villa Saf was created with a lot of heart. Every detail — from the vintage tiles to the scent of the wood burning in winter — was chosen to make people feel. It’s a place that holds memories, and we’re here to create new ones with everyone who walks through the door,” says Nasri Choueiri, Owner of Villa Saf.
Guests can choose from 14 individually designed rooms and suites, including cozy fireplace rooms perfect for winter escapes. The property also features a wellness area with a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, as well as a mouneh & concept shopthat celebrates local craftsmanship through artisanal goods, house-made delicacies, and handpicked art pieces.
At the heart of Villa Saf lies its restaurant, where the menu was thoughtfully curated by Chef Patrick Merheb. The dishes reinterpret beloved Lebanese classics with modern finesse — blending comfort and creativity to create meals that feel both familiar and elevated. Each plate tells a story of heritage, generosity, and the joy of gathering around a shared table.
“Villa Saf is about slowing down and reconnecting,” adds Choueiri. “It’s where people can rediscover the beauty of simplicity — slow mornings, warm evenings by the fire, and conversations that linger.”
Villa Saf is now welcoming guests for overnight stays, private gatherings, and artistic or cultural experiences — all designed to celebrate Lebanon’s living heritage and the grace of intentional living.
