Dubai, 8th November 2016: Sony Mobile Communications and brand ambassador Raya Abi Rached, visited the children at Rashid Pediatric Centre and helped brighten their day with fun activities and entertainment. Raya also distributed gifts that help develop creativity and skills among children. The highlight of the visit was the stage performance of the children which was appreciated by the audience.
The visit reflected the humane side of Sony Mobile. As a business enterprise, it regularly supports humanitarian and environmental causes. It engages with local communities and is committed to support the children at Rashid Pediatric Centre and help with their development and education and to help them acquire the abilities to integrate better with society. Sony Mobile has sponsored the education and development of three children from the Rashid Pediatric Centre.

Raya Abi Rached is Sony Mobile’s brand ambassador in the Middle East region and supports its CSR initiatives including the work with Rashid Pediatric Centre. Her visit helped the children interact with a media celebrity who is also a young mother and full of enthusiasm and care.
Rashid Pediatric Centre, inaugurated in 1994, provides high quality, integrated education services and therapies for children with special needs, with the purpose of developing children’s abilities to function and learn within their environments.
