Abu Dhabi, 19 August 2025: Al Masaood Automobiles, the authorised distributor of INFINITI in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Al Dhafra Region, has announced the arrival of the first-ever INFINITI QX80 SPORT grade, a bold and dynamic addition to its luxury SUV line-up. Engineered for drivers who demand decisive capability and a more performance-inspired look, the SPORT grade infuses the QX80’s commanding presence with darker, sleeker, styling while retaining the refinement, comfort, and advanced technology that have made it a favourite among UAE drivers.
The QX80 SPORT distinguishes itself with a redesigned front grille and bumper, unique 22-inch wheels, and darkened accents across the exterior, including the trim, mirror caps, roof rails, and emblems. Inside, a distinctive Dusk Blue colour scheme sets the tone, enhanced by dark matte chrome accents, open-pore wood trim, and diamond-pattern seat perforations in black and blue. The result is a refined yet assertive cabin that combines the QX80’s renowned craftsmanship with a more purposeful, driver-focused aesthetic.
Beyond its striking design, the QX80 SPORT offers the full INFINITI luxury SUV experience. At its heart is the powerful VR35DDTT 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged engine, producing 450 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. The engine incorporates Mar-M super-alloy turbine wheels for high-temperature durability and GT-R-inspired scavenging oil pumps to maintain oil pressure under extreme conditions.
The QX80 SPORT also offers an advanced suite of driver-assistance features, including Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Intervention®, and Lane Departure Prevention. These are complemented by the world-first Ultra-Wide View, Invisible Hood View, and a 3D Around View® Monitor for effortless manoeuvring.
Inside, passengers enjoy first-class comfort across all three rows, with available ventilated and massaging seats, segment-first Biometric Cooling for second-row passengers, and a premium Klipsch® Reference Premiere Audio System delivering an immersive 24-speaker sound experience.
