Beirut, October xx, 2016: Arab Women Council for Social Responsibility presented the Golden Shield of Excellence Award 2016 to Mrs. Nahla Khaddage Bou Diab, Chief Operating Officer at Al-Mawarid Bank s.a.l., on October 4 for demonstrating uncontestable leadership in social responsibility in the banking industry in Lebanon. Bou Diab received the award during a refined ceremonial dinner in Al Bustan Rotana hotel-Dubai in the presence of renowned economic and banking figures in addition to socialites.
Mrs. Nahla Bou Diab’s career boasts more than 32 years of management experience in Canada and Lebanon, spearheading the restructuring of numerous organizations, namely the Central Bank of Canada. Mrs. Bou Diab is currently the COO of Al-Mawarid Bank and teaches at the American University of Beirut’s (AUB) MBA program.
