South Central will be having multiple deals and events with a space that can be converted into different areas to hold different kinds of gatherings. In addition to its daily happy hour and sports screens to catch with Premier or Champions, the new hot spot will be hosting ladies’ night, with a special price for bubbles, Thursday night live DJ and other weekly promotions.

The food menu consists of comfort food dishes with a modern take, ensuring all the flavours of excellent quality produces are showcased. Some of the signature dishes will be South Central Burger that represents in itself a unique culinary journey that is worth coming and trying. The burger comes with aged cheddar cheese and guests can choose one of the signature homemade burger buns- whether classic brioche or black charcoal or red beetroot bun. At the next stage, guests will select a patty-beef or southern fried chicken or cod fish, and for vegetarians, there is a “just like meat” option. Instead of classic fries, triple cooked secret recipe chips made of Idaho potato can be offered.
The menu also includes the signature dessert Oreo cheesecake with a selection of the best cocktails in class, perfect for an enjoyable evening on a magnificent terrace.
South Central is located at Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum Airport Hotel in the new part of Dubai South next to Expo Dubai 2020 site. The venue is managed by Ishraq Hospitality, a division of Mohammad & Obaid AlMulla Group.
