The opening of the 264 key adults only hotel represents another key step forward in the development progress of The Heart of Europe as a 20-hotel island destination with 5,000 keys.

Located just 15 minutes by speed boat from mainland Dubai, voco Dubai Nice The Heart of Europe reflects the spirited atmosphere of the French Riviera. The property is defined by its vibrant multi-coloured façade overlooking the Arabian Sea and the resort’s central pool area. The hotel offers a range of rooms and suites, including Deluxe and Premium categories, alongside specialised suite types such as End Suites and Party Suites, designed to reflect the relaxed elegance of a classic French coastal escape.
Guests are invited to ‘come on in’ and are greeted with a signature voco welcome treat – a locally inspired date cookie – along with a swift check-in. ‘Me time’ beckons in its 264 thoughtfully designed guestrooms and suites. Staying true to voco hotel’s “step by step” sustainability mantra, voco Dubai Nice is committed to innovation and sustainability, and the belief that small steps collectively make the biggest difference. This includes pillows and duvet fillings made from recycled materials, as well as restaurant menus featuring locally sourced seafood from the Dubai Fishermen’s Association.
Guests can experience Provençal influenced dining, waterfront leisure activities, boutique retail and a rotating programme of seasonal entertainment. Outstanding F&B experiences await guests to provide a taste of the ‘voco life’ at the hotel’s five distinct venues including:
- La Brasserie: the all-day dining venue invites guests on a gourmet journey of French fare and global tastes on the lively Raining Street.
- La Rive: a beachfront seafood restaurant where the Mediterranean charm flows into Dubai’s energetic party waves.

- La Discotheque: a nightlife venue where dining, drinks, and dancing converge in a vibrant, high-energy setting.
Additional amenities include a large pool set amidst the Arabian Sea and, 24-hour fitness center, pristine beaches, four flexible meeting room spaces with the latest AV tech and an elegant ballroom that can accommodate up to 150 guests.
