Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 5 November 2026: Dubai Airports is bringing the energy of Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) to Dubai International (DXB) through a month-long series of activities encouraging colleagues, families and guests to make movement and wellbeing part of everyday life.
Supporting Dubai’s ambition to become one of the world’s most active cities, the programme combines activities for Dubai Airports employees and their families with complimentary wellbeing experiences for guests travelling through DXB.
On 7 and 8 November, guests travelling through DXB can take part in complimentary yoga, breathwork and fitness sessions delivered by Be Relax at the Fitness Village in Concourse D, Terminal 1. Running from 6pm to 9pm, the sessions will give a chance to pause, recharge and experience moments of movement as part of their journey.
Meshari Al Bannai, Chief People Officer at Dubai Airports, said: “Dubai Fitness Challenge reflects the energy and ambition that defines Dubai. By bringing it into our workplace and our airport, we are creating opportunities for our people, their families and our guests to take part in a citywide movement in ways that are simple and accessible. It also reinforces the kind of culture we want to build at Dubai Airports, one where wellbeing supports connection, engagement and how people experience their day.”
Throughout November, Dubai Airports will deliver varied sessions for employees, with selected activities extended to their families in recognition of the UAE’s Year of Family. From cycling, padel, basketball, badminton, cricket and volleyball alongside experiences such as sunrise yoga and a silent disco power walk, the programme offers different ways to get active, try something new and connect outside the day-to-day working.
By bringing a citywide initiative to the airport environment, Dubai Airports is supporting Dubai’s vision to encourage more active lifestyles while creating meaningful experiences for the people who work at and travel through DXB.
