- YouGov: 88% of Qatar Brands Have Creeper Deeper Connections with Their Customers Since the Pandemic

In response to the pandemic, 88% of Qatar’s IT decision-makers said their brands have changed their customer experiences, according to a recent survey by YouGov. At the same time, this experimentation in personalized marketing has led 88% of Qatar’s brands to create deeper customer connections.
