LG Electronics Levant announced that its service team won four prestigious awards during the 15th “Middle East and Africa Maintenance Skills Olympics 2025,” which was organized by the LG Maintenance Academy in Dubai on October 22nd and 23rd, amidst strong competition that included 68 specialists from across the region.
This annual event is one of the most prominent awards programs in the service sector, bringing leading maintenance and customer service specialists from across LG’s branches and partners in the region. The aim is to enhance technical expertise, facilitate the exchange of experiences, and elevate the quality of services provided to customers. This year’s event also celebrated the 15th anniversary of the LG Service Academy, a key training center for developing the skills of LG’s and its partners’ technical staff.
LG Levant demonstrated its technical excellence and commitment to providing the highest levels of service, with its team winning the Group Award (first place) as the best team among LG subsidiaries in the Middle East and Africa. Additionally, Mr. Ismail from Jordan (Ideal Company) won the Grand Master Award in the commercial air conditioners category, Mr. Mawlood from Iraq (Khoshnaw Company) won the Best Performer Award in the home solutions category, and Mr. Amin from Jordan (New Vision Company) won the Best Performer Award in the residential air conditioners category.
