From a single café in Zahle to four thriving destinations across Lebanon, THINKERS continues its mission of creating spaces where quality coffee, meaningful conversations and genuine belonging come together.
Lebanese specialty coffee brand THINKERS C.C.C. has officially opened the doors to its newest branch at Demco Tower in Antelias, marking another milestone in a journey that began with a simple yet powerful belief: that a coffee shop should offer far more than a cup of coffee. It should be a place where people can think, create, connect and feel they belong.
Founded by friends Jeff Ghorra and Joseph Abdayem, THINKERS was born in Zahle from a shared vision to create the kind of space they believed their city was missing; a welcoming environment built around exceptional specialty coffee, thoughtfully prepared food and a genuine sense of community. What started as one destination has since grown into four branches across Zahle, Jbeil, Jounieh and now Antelias, each designed to become an extension of its surrounding neighbourhood while staying true to the brand’s original purpose.
At the heart of THINKERS lies an unwavering commitment to quality. Every beverage is crafted with precision, from expertly pulled espresso and signature lattes to cold brew, matcha, boba tea and an extensive range of hot and iced drinks. Complementing the coffee offering is an all-day menu featuring brunch, sandwiches, salads, pasta, burgers and wholesome options designed to cater to diverse lifestyles and dietary preferences. More than simply serving food and beverages, THINKERS creates spaces where entrepreneurs, students, freelancers, professionals and friends can work, meet, reflect or simply enjoy a moment that feels entirely their own.
The opening of the Antelias branch represents more than geographic expansion. It reflects the resilience of a Lebanese brand that remained committed to its vision despite navigating some of the country’s most challenging years. Throughout economic uncertainty, THINKERS chose to uphold its standards rather than compromise them, steadily building a loyal community around each of its locations while continuing to invest in meaningful experiences for its guests.
“When we opened THINKERS in Zahle, we had one conviction: that our city deserved a true community space, and we were determined to build it with everything we had. Lebanon challenged every entrepreneur over the years, but we never allowed those challenges to become an excuse to lower our standards. We kept improving, kept believing, and kept building because we knew we were creating something that genuinely mattered. THINKERS has never been just about coffee; it is about creating spaces where people feel lighter, where conversations flourish, and where ideas come to life. The opening of Antelias is another chapter in that promise, and certainly not the last,” said Jeff Ghorra and Joseph Abdayem, Co-Founders of THINKERS C.C.C.
As THINKERS continues its growth across Lebanon, the brand remains guided by the same principles that shaped its first location: uncompromising specialty coffee, nourishing food, thoughtfully designed spaces and a culture centred around people. Every new branch is viewed not simply as an expansion, but as a long-term commitment to the community it serves, building destinations where hospitality, creativity and connection become part of everyday life.
