If you know Sandwich w Noss, you must have tasted their savory sandwiches and laughed over their playful ads. But what you probably don’t know about this aspiring brand, is that it’s only 5 years old. Founded by Mr. Rony Abou Saab, the Lebanese street food chain was born with one diner in the heart of Beirut, spanning over 7 branches during the past years.
Just like all of us Lebanese wrestling for survival, so has been Sandwich W Noss. Nonetheless, in the time of confinement, management commit to accelerate the pace of development. “If there is no struggle, there is no progress” Mr. Abou Saab asserts.
In the past months, the striving Lebanese QSR enforced a new operational architecture in line with international standards. As per its kitchen, the brand has remodeled hitting a more optimized layout, reducing traffic and maximizing the sandwicheries’ efficiency. Packaging has also undergone a major uplift, adopting practical boxes and innovatively functional kits.
Moreover, taste comes first. As Sandwich W Noss releases its new diverse menu, it elevates the brand from a Lebanese snack concept into an authentic restaurant experience. Alongside its mouthwatering shawarmas, delightful sandwiches and special sauces, the menu integrates a variety of burgers, platters and salads, preserving the brand’s aggressive pricing strategy in a time when inflation distresses the Lebanese F&B industry.
On the dire afternoon of August 4, Beirut fell into ruins. Sandwich W Noss lost one of its devoted souls, “We are heartbroken as we mourn the loss of our dear team member Abdelhalim, but we will rise and come back stronger… we will make all of this worthwhile”, states Abou Saab.
A beautiful banner now hangs on the wall of Sandwich W Noss Mar Mkhael. Alongside the many broken souls and shattered pieces, the main head office and 2 subsidiaries to “S&1/2”, “Fabric” and “Denyi Heik” were also destroyed as a result of the outburst.
But the heart and soul of Sandwich W Noss lies in the drive of its people; the company’s system is now all set for franchising and the rising group is eagerly looking to grow its family in the gulf and worldwide.
