Lebanese artist, spatial and product designer Hania Jneid introduces Little World, a new collection of hand-built ceramic serveware that bridges sculpture and function. Inspired by children from different nationalities, each piece is a poetic tribute to innocence, identity, and human connection.
Based between Beirut and Barcelona, Jneid’s work is deeply shaped by Mediterranean landscapes, rituals, and atmospheres. Her multicultural background infuses her creations with layered perspectives—rooted in emotion, memory, and material.
A graduate of the Royal College of Art in London, Jneid is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans ceramics, spatial and product design, and painting. Her first design object, the Emotional Lab Light, set the tone for a body of work where objects are not static things—they are alive, they carry stories, and they invite connection. This light has been exhibited in Beirut, Barcelona, Naples, and Dubai, gaining recognition for its emotional resonance and sculptural presence.
A Studio Built on a Manifesto of Meaning
Hania’s studio was founded on a belief that design should create emotional connection and spark reflection. Her manifesto is simple:

- Design with emotion, function, and a sense of wonder
“My work is emotional, sculptural, and intuitive,” says Jneid. “Little World celebrates the playful wisdom of children and the beauty of everyday rituals—especially the shared experience around the table.”
Her Downtown Beirut studio is not only her creative sanctuary but also a collaborative platform. An upcoming project includes a floral art collaboration inspired by Ikebana, using her sculptural vases as vessels for both nature and imagination.
