Beirut – October 30, 2025
Under the patronage of the Governor of Beirut, Judge Marwan Abboud, the 9th edition of the Real Estate and Citizenship by Investment Exhibition – RCPIE Beirut 2025 was inaugurated today at the Phoenicia Hotel – Beirut, in the presence of ambassadors, diplomatic representatives, and prominent official, economic, and media figures.
Organized by PromoTeam, headed by Mr. Elias Khoury, the exhibition is considered the leading event in citizenship- and residency-by-investment programs and the real estate sector in Lebanon and the region. It will be held over three days — from Thursday, October 30 through Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
RCPIE Beirut 2025 serves as a unique platform bringing together leading international companies, legal consultants, and investment authorities under one roof, offering innovative and secure solutions for those seeking to invest in real estate or obtain second citizenship or permanent residency in various countries around the world.
During the opening ceremony, PromoTeam Chairman Mr. Elias Khoury emphasized that “the pursuit of a second citizenship is no longer a luxury, but a strategic choice that provides individuals and families with new opportunities in a rapidly changing world.” He added that “Beirut remains a vital hub connecting East and West, and RCPIE Beirut is a true space for networking and building international investment partnerships.”
In his address, Beirut Governor Judge Marwan Abboud highlighted the importance of the event in supporting the national economy and revitalizing investment activity, stating that “Beirut has always been — and will remain — a beacon of openness, innovation, and hard work; a destination that embraces every initiative aiming to build trust, promote investment, and showcase Lebanon’s true image as a land of opportunity.” He added that hosting such events reflects the Lebanese people’s resilience and will to thrive, reaffirming Beirut’s ability to reclaim its leading role as an economic and investment hub in the region.
The organizers also expressed their pride in making Beirut a key destination for an exhibition that connects Lebanon with the world.
Mr. Elias Khoury noted: “Lebanon has always been a land of opportunity, resilience, and talent — a nation whose people continue to create value both at home and abroad. I am proud to support initiatives like the Real Estate and Citizenship by Investment Exhibition, which highlight Lebanon’s role as a bridge linking local expertise with global markets. These platforms not only attract investment to our homeland but also celebrate the success and innovation of Lebanese ventures around the world. By fostering collaboration among investors, developers, and visionaries, we reaffirm our commitment to a stronger, more prosperous Lebanon — one that is open, dynamic, and connected to the global economy.”
The exhibition enjoys both local and international official sponsorship, reflecting its significance and Lebanon’s strong relationships with numerous foreign embassies. It also features workshops and informational sessions that allow visitors to explore the latest legal programs and global investment opportunities.
Organizers invite business leaders, investors, and all interested visitors — especially young professionals — to attend the exhibition in the coming days and take part in this exceptional event that unites Lebanon and the world on one platform of opportunity, investment, and global exchange.
