Talented Chef Omar Koreitem in the Kitchen of Liza Beirut

Exclusively for three nights from July 13th to 15th, 45 privileged diners will sample an exclusive menu created by the Chef from the Parisian restaurant Mokonuts Event! Liza and Ziad Asseily have the pleasure of inviting Omar Koreitem, the French- Lebanese Mokonuts chef and Fooding Paris favourite, to Liza Beirut. For this special occasion, Chef Omar will takeover the restaurant kitchen, offering an original & unique menu. Every evening from July 13th to 15th, 45 guests will savour the exclusive menu created by Chef Omar in the Money Room of Liza Beirut. “This experience is a true return to my roots,” describes the Lebanese-born chef who was raised in France. During these three evenings, Chef Omar will reinterpret local produce using his signature techniques, which are inspired by his various travel experiences & his wife’s Japanese heritage. Liza Paris will also host this unique culinary experience upon the Chef’s return to France.
