Beirut: June 18, 2019: At the World Post & Parcel Awards Ceremony that took place in Dublin, Khalil Daoud, LibanPost’s Chairman & Managing Director, was remitted by its peers, the prestigious “Industry Leadership Award”, in recognition for his “exemplary leadership in advancing the mail, parcels and express industry, and for having a long and sustained record of success in fulfilling the organisation’s mission”.
The Industry Leadership Award was initiated in 2011 and was received since, by the Postal Operators’ CEOs of Italy, Denmark, United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, France and Portugal.
2019 confirms the position of LibanPost as a leading player in the postal industry, as this award comes to crown a year where the company won 6 international recognitions, among which: the “Service Provider of the Year Award”, and the UN Global Compact SDG Pioneer Award granted to Khalil Daoud, in New York, along with 9 other leaders from around the world, for his efforts on “Gender Equality & Economic Inclusion”.
