ESA business school launched this year the first batch of the “Cercle des Dirigeants” students. ESA’s new program targets Lebanese and regional leaders eager to apply high strategic schemes in their companies.
It allows participants to establish a new development vision of their company. This is made possible through a personal development of the leader’s personality and through a road map of all strategic questions related to the leader’s company such as governance, financial intelligence or the systemic approach of their institution.
The Circle consists of a program that includes 5 modules, ending on a study trip to Paris, offering to participants a unique opportunity to network with highly ranked French leaders in the field.
This training program made way to the creation of the “Cercle des Dirigeants”: an exchange platform with other people sharing the same interests and constraints. The “Cercle des dirigeants” will be presided by Mr. Lucien Junior Letayf, General Manager of Libano-suisse insurance company, and former Executive MBA member of ESA Business School and Harvard Business School.
This business club will allow Lebanese and regional leaders to meat in conferences, panel discussions and other various meetings to ensure a positive work dynamic and create synergies with Lebanese and international groups.
A MOU between the “Cercle des Dirigeants” and ESA was signed on December 19, 2016 sealing thus the creation of the Society and reinforcing the relation already established between ESA and the Lebanese and regional economic circle.
