Beirut, April 12, 2017: Kempinski Summerland and Valrhona celebrate Easter at the Kempinski Hotel lobby lounge « Le Salon » in the presence of Valrhona’s French chef chocolatier Guillaume Roesz as well as media guests, foodies and business partners.
Guests were treated to an interesting presentation by Chef Roesz and the Kempinski pastry team headed by Chef Pierre Abi Haila, followed by a tasting of delicious creations prepared with the new Valrhona almond flavoured chocolate such as chocolate drinks, chocolate bonbons, chocolate desserts and chocolate sorbets.
The culmination of the event was when Mr Daniele Vastolo General Manager of Kempinski Summerland broke the traditional giant chocolate egg under the warm applauses of his guests and friends.
