When was ODGAMM founded?
ODGAMM Prime Realty was founded in 2007, when a real estate professional based in Paris and an investor met.
Why was it founded in Paris?
I was a specialist in the real estate trading for the upper class in France, in a company based in Paris and I’ve gained my experience from the different big local agencies, so it was natural and obvious to found my agency in Paris.
What role does the agency play in linking the real estate market to the needs of the client?
The real estate market lacked agencies specialized in this sector and especially to the French and international clients, looking for high-end services.
So we developed the principles and guidelines of the agency as follows:
- We listen to the wishes of our clients and we are ready to help them. Their interests are our priorities and we adopted the latin motto: “Intuitu Personae”.
- We are independent and don’t belong to any network. We deal with all professional real estate agents to offer the widest choices available for the clients. Investors and companies trust our agency to promote their properties, while respecting the confidentiality they seek.
As for buyers seeking help in research – most of them find us through recommendations – they know that their request will be treated in full confidentiality.
Where lies the importance of an Arabic agency in this field?
We are a French agency with branches in the Arab countries. Due to our double culture we understand the needs and expectations of our clients in terms of choice and service quality.
Who is your target audience?
Our clients come from all over the world. They are French, buying or selling according to their lifestyle, and they are foreigners looking for a house in Paris or for investing in a property to rent like a studio or a full building.
What are the facilities you offer?
We accompany the client all along his buying or selling process. We help him finalize the financial and legal transactions.
Do you have any online platforms for your work?
We welcome our guests in our offices in Marceau, Champs Elysees and we rely in our communication on the traditional media like newspapers and daily newspapers, in addition to the online platforms. We are present in most of the French websites and we have our own updated website: www.odgamm.com
What are the properties you consider high-end, selected for a specific type of clients?
Actually, we are specialized in the most beautiful regions of Paris and in the west area near Neuilly and Boulogne. Our criteria of choosing the property are based on the quality rather than its price. For example, we sold recently several studios to an investor for approximately 400,000 Euros and a luxurious office with an area of 600 m2 and height of 4 meters, located in Georges IV for 11,000,000 euros, which will be the headquarters of a reputable French company specialized in entertainment.
Does your work end after selling the property to the client or you accompany him through restoration?
Our relationship with the client continues till after the selling process. We can put him in contact with architects, interior designers or others and he will always find what he needs in Paris thanks to our wide connections and services.
Do you have any future plans regarding expanding your agency in other European or Arab countries?
We have been promoting residential projects in new buildings in Berlin, few years ago. Now, we are looking into real estate projects in Spain.
We will launch soon a company in Paris specialized in searching for houses to international clients who have no time to search for the property they desire.
