ICR Integrity (ICR), is a leading global provider of integrated maintenance and integrity solutions to the oil and gas, power, chemical and nuclear industries. Since opening their Houston base in 2018 they have successfully secured contracts valued at six-figures.
ICR has been awarded a number of Quickflange™ weldless connection scopes by US super majors within onshore refining, offshore Gulf of Mexico and most recently in the Permian Basin.
Significant interest has also been shown for ICR’s Technowrap™ engineered composite repairs, with the first successful deck repair taking place offshore in the Gulf of Mexico and potential further deck and caisson scopes to follow shortly. The Technowrap™ team will soon enter the onshore market focusing on vessel and tank structural repairs.
Matt Gastgeb, Vice President, USA, said: “We are delighted to build on ICR’s success since opening our office in the US last year. Our industry leading products and services continue to help our clients overcome their integrity challenges, offering solutions to improve safety through the reduction of hot work, as well as reduce costs, comparative to conventional replacement or repair methods.
With our base in Houston, we are in an ideal position to support our clients not only in the US but also in Trinidad and Tobago where we are actively working with our partner HJ Stauble. Our expert track record in integrated solutions has also allowed us to expand globally and to continue to undertake exciting research and development to further support our clients.”
Bill Bayliss, ICR Global CEO said: “Our strategic organic investment in the USA as part of the wider ICR internationalisation plans has started to pay dividends. We have opened an office in the Houston Energy corridor and have a support warehouse close to the George Bush Airport. We have a distinguished operational track record and continuous long-term relationships with major operators and contractors. This has helped attract local talent who will no doubt help continue our drive to be a leader in the asset integrity space.
ICR Integrity is exhibiting at stand 1061-1 at OTC 2019 and will be performing live Quickflange™ demonstrations and showcasing Technowrap™ composite repair solutions throughout the event. ICR currently has around 200 employees globally, with operational bases in the UK (Aberdeen and Kendal), Norway, Australia, USA, and the UAE as well as key partners in other locations.
