In the presence of Tourism Minister H.E. Mr. Avedis Guidanian and many social and economic figures as well as media representatives, the Chidiac and Daaboul Group inaugurated “The Residence 649” luxury furnished apartments in Antelias.
“The Residence 649” is considered one of the most prominent hospitality projects in the North Metn area. Mr. Elie Daaboul, the project’s managing director stated that “choosing Antelias to execute such a high-end project was not a coincidence; it is the result of a thorough feasibility study performed by the developers, a study that confirmed the viability of our project and emphasized on the geographical importance of the selected location. Indeed, Antelias is seen as a natural gateway to the upper Metn regions thanks to its convenient distance from both Beirut and Kesrwan in addition to its proximity to a number of large retail areas located between Nahr El Mot and Dbayeh”.
Daaboul added that “this part of the northern Metn coast is now more than a residential destination. It has become a touristic area thanks to its success in attracting investments, especially in the hospitality and tourism sector, with quality of services matching that of the top places the Lebanese capital has to offer”.
After welcoming the guests, H.E. Guidanian accompanied by the project owners cut the ribbon officially inaugurating “The Residence 649” and the cocktail reception.
“The Residence 649” has a private parking garage on three underground levels and includes 51 units ranging from studio apartments to medium-sized apartments with superior and executive residences, which can be booked on a daily, monthly or even yearly basis.
It is also worth mentioning that the Chidiac and Daaboul Group have implemented a number of projects across Lebanon, notably “Les Roches” luxury chalets in the area of Kfardebian, which includes 430 chalets, and the “Santa Maria” complex in the area of Al-Boar, which includes 120 luxury apartments.
