The “Five shades of Enrico Bartolini” menu will be served at the award-winning Italian fine dining restaurant, Roberto’s Abu Dhabi, on October 31. Featuring five courses, the renowned chef will explain the creation of the dishes inspired by different parts of Italy – Milan, Bergamo, Venice, Tuscany, and Piedmont. Foodies in the capital are encouraged to act fast and make a reservation for a night they and their taste buds will never forget. Born in Pescia, Italy, Chef Enrico Bartolini is the Chief Culinary Advisor to Roberto’s in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. He became a worldwide recognized chef at a very young age due to his culinary intuition and creativity and is Italy’s youngest chef to be awarded two Michelin stars. Bartolini received his first Michelin star when he was just 29 years old and the second followed four years later along with three Gambero Rosso forks and three L’Espresso Guide chef hats. In China, he won the final of the highly regarded culinary event “Greatest Chef China – Italy Edition”. He has also been crowned “Chef of the Year” by the Identità Golose 2016 Guide Book.
