In the context of promotion of the Lebanese wine production worldwide, the Ministry of Agriculture organized the Lebanese Wine Day in New York (USA) on November 17th 2016 gathering Lebanon’s leading wineries among which Château Marsyas, the wine Estate of the Johnny R. Saadé family.
This prestigious event was the opportunity for Château Marsyas to tackle the
US market and introduce its wines to more than 250 sommeliers, wine distributors, media representatives, as well as delegates from embassies and the Lebanese diaspora.
This event was a valuable platform for Château Marsyas to network with potential US distributors specialised in the quality wine production and looking for terroir-based wines to complete their international portfolio. Although not yet available in the US, wines of Château Marsyas impressed and were quite familiar to this audience exposed to European & Asian latest market trends where Château Marsyas is already distributed and listed at top nutch outlets among which Michelin starred restaurants.
“Chateau Marsyas was glad to attend the Lebanese Wine Day in New York. It was a well-organized event by the Lebanese Ministry of Agriculture who shows as usual great support in promoting the national wine production worldwide. Our wines will be available in the US very soon” said Sandro Saadé, co-owner.
