UAE, Dubai – February 28, 2018 – Global consulting and technology firm Booz Allen Hamilton has elected Rasheed Eltayeb to the position of Senior Vice President. In his new role, Rasheed Eltayeb will lead strategy and transformation engagements for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Middle East & North Africa (MENA) clients, drawing from his vast expertise advising government and government-owned entities in the areas of socio-economic policy and strategy, economic and investment assessment, as well as institutional modernization and transformation.
This appointment represents Booz Allen Hamilton’s core commitment to supporting socio-economic development in MENA by partnering with clients as they embark on their ambitious journeys to transform economies, conceptualize new industries, build competitive workforces, and modernize institutions.
Rasheed initially joined Booz Allen Hamilton in London from 2006 to 2008. He rejoined the firm in 2014, strengthening its general management consulting capabilities in MENA. Rasheed has over 16 years of professional and management consulting experience across Europe and the Middle East, leading a number of strategy, operating model, and transformation engagements for government and government-owned entities. He holds a Master’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology in the United Kingdom.
