Roads for Life (RFL) organized an informative training session on coronavirus (COVID-19) for members of the General Security.
Eleven members of the General Security, including inspectors specialized in awareness and health, as well as individuals and officers who are responsible of conducting investigations, took part in this session which was held at the Institute of Finance Basil Fuleihan, in collaboration with AUBMC and in partnership with BLC Bank.
RFL president Zeina Kassem mentioned that “The session was focused on the guidelines emanating from the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health and from the World Health Organization (WHO). It is necessary for the staff of the General Security, as we are heading towards easing the lockdown restrictions gradually while respecting social distancing measures.”
Mrs. Kassem thanked the Basil Fuleihan Institute for having hosted this session as well as the similar sessions which have already been held, and for having provided all the necessary logistical means. She complimented the Institute on its “competence and experience in training the staff and perfecting their skills.” Finally, she underlined the fact that “The training culture represented by the Institute is the basis of all fights against the virus.”
