The food is inspired by traditional French and Mediterranean cuisines with a few tasteful twists by Chef Candy Yaghi who graduated from École Ducasse, Paul Bocuse, and Le Cordon Bleu.
Interior architect Bachir Nader dreamt up the charming decor that visually incarnates the concept behind Pastel, with powdery light tone walls, and a statement bar.
